HKD-4 Ester&alcohol Soluble Gravure Surface Printing Ink

HKD-4 Series Inks are Ester& alcohol soluble intaglio/photogravure surface printing inks. They are manufactured with advanced production processes, featuring simple and convenient operation as well as broad applicability.

• ① High color concentration, good gloss, bright colors and excellent smoothness and light smell.
• ② Good adhesive, outstanding rub resistance, fast solvent release, low residue and anti-blocking property.
• ③ Excellent transfer performance for highlight dots and strong three-dimensional effect.
• ④ Free of benzene and ketone solvents

Applications

• ① LDPE, CPP, OPP, BOPP (treatment level ≥38 dyn/cm), other plastic films and aluminum foil, etc
• ② Solid prints, highlight dot overprinting and spot colors are all applicable.
• ③ Suitable for gravure surface printing, not suitable for lamination.
• ④ Not heat-sealable。
• ⑤ Light packaging printing such as shopping bags, sanitary products and daily necessities
